ACCOMMODATIONS 



 

To guarantee your room reservation, a check for 30% of the total amount of your stay TTC or providing your bank account will be required. All cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to your stay. In case of no show "no show" the full costs will be charged. 


Seminars, workshops, provision of services "turnkey" 
All reservations will be subject to the acceptance of a quote signed with a deposit of 30% of the bill alleged. One menu will be chosen for all guests from a choice, the number of guests expected on the estimate, will be completed 72 hours before the event and billing can be less than that number. The balance will be due upon receipt of the invoice at the end of the services provided. In case of cancellation less than 15 days before the event, the deposit will be retained. 

HALL RENTALS, Prices include : 
The location of exhibitions, a local caterer with water, cold cupboard, a cloakroom, a rest room or children's playground, garden, parking, heating, electricity, the interior lighting of the premises. Exterior lighting (us). 

Prices do not include : 
The cost of a buffet and bar, and floral decoration, caretaking and responsibility of the terminal and cloakroom.

Timetables 
The location in the evening starts at 15h00 for rental 1 day and 9 pm for the formula weekend and ends at 5:00 am (stop the sound). The arrival and departure must be respected. In case of extension, an additional 120 € per hour will be charged, without prior authorization. The hotel closed its doors imperative to 6 o'clock in the morning.

Accommodation.

Cancellation 
If canceled all is due if the cancellation occurs within six months before the expected date of receipt. The deposit will be retained for cancellation before that date.
